Provide Background Details and Rationale:
|
This contract is a result of the default of the original plumbing contractor for the additions at Park Hill High and Park Hill South. The Bonding company for the original contractor identified Stanger as the company to complete the work. Some of this work has been completed and there is more work to be done. It was necessary for District staff to execute the contract to continue the work and compensate the contractor for work already completed.

Provide Funding Source and Estimated Cost:
|
Funding will be provided from the 2022 No-Tax Increase Bond funds. The total cost is $421,917. The cost will not increase the overall project budget. The bonding company will reimburse the District for any expenses incurred above the original contract of the defaulted company.
