Park Hill School District solicited bids for network switches and routers needed to replace equipment primarily at Park Hill High School, Lakeview Middle School and in our district datacenters. This equipment will be utilized to connect critical technology in the schools such as laptops, desktops, printers, servers, security cameras, door access controls, environmental controls, wireless access points, projectors and phones. These upgrades will offer our students and staff improved reliability and performance when using district technology.
Request for bid documents were released on November 29, 2023 and bid responses were due on January 19, 2024. Please see the attached Request for Bid document for full bid specifications, timeline and other details of the project. We have applied for Federal E-rate funding for much of this equipment and it is anticipated Park Hill will recieve $200,417.46 back as a reimbursement for this purchase.
