Provide Background Details and Rationale: Park Hill School District solicited bids for monthly Internet services needed to provide connectivity for all technology throughout the district. This service provides 10 gigabits per second of service and is one of two Internet circuits required to connect all district technology resources such as computers, phones and datacenter servers. Request for proposal documents were released on November 29, 2023 and responses were due on January 19, 2024. Please see the attached request for proposal document for full requirements and other details of the services specified.
Provide Funding Source and Estimated Cost: 2023-2024 Technology Operations Budget $1,250.00 per month $45,000.00 over 3 years $22,500.00 over 3 years with estimated E-rate reimbursement
