Provide Background Details and Rationale: This project, if approved, will provide the labor to replace outdated and troublesome boiler equipment at Park Hill High School and Graden Elementary School. An approval for equipment will be brought to the Board in a separate item.
Provide Funding Source and Estimated Cost: Funding will be provided from the proposed 2025-2026 Maintenance and Operations budget. The total cost of the labor is $352,258. The total cost of the project including equipment is $647,927.
