These contractors if approved will provide the work for the first group of projects related to aging facilities (Bundle 2) identified during the design process for the 2022 No-Tax Increase Bond projects. There will be additional contractors submitted for approval at a later date. Bids were received for the following packages, which represents a portion of the overall construction project:

*SOW-083 - Coiling Doors - Union Chapel
*SOW-095 - Acoustical Ceilings - 3 schools
*SOW-095 - Acoustical Ceilings - 2 schools
*SOW-099 - Painting
*SOW-260 - Electrical - 3 schools
*SOW-260 - Electrical - 2 schools
*SOW-274 - AV Systems - 3 schools
*SOW-274 - AV Systems - 2 schools

Provide Funding Source and Estimated Cost:

Funding will be provided from the 2022 No-Tax Increase Bond funds. The estimated cost of the total project is $17,335,435. The district received a total of 21 bids for the bid packages. The total for these packages is $6,570,348. District staff is recommending the bids from the following contractors to perform the work:
