The Park Hill School District has utilized Panorama as a survey platform since 2017 and has fully adopted Panorama Student Success during the 2021-2022 school year. Panorama Student Success is an early warning system that integrates Academic, Attendance, Behavior, and SEL data for each school and student. Schools are able to utilize Panorama Student Success to monitor and track interventions to further support our students.
This item is being presented to the Board to continue the use of Panorama Student Success for all high school, middle school, and three elementary schools. This renewal will also include the addition of Panorama Student Success for the other eight elementary schools using the "Student Success" tool next year to help with the implementation of our MTSS process. Pricing for the Panorama platform is based on enrollment. The Student Success agreement is a one-year agreement.
Attached is the service order proposal and terms and conditions of the service which has been reviewed by General Counsel.

Recommendation:

It will be recommended at the March 30, 2023 Regular meeting that the Park Hill Board of Education approve the Panorama Education Student Success Agreement, as presented, and authorize the Superintendent or designee to execute any required documents based upon the terms and conditions as presented.
