|
As a member of Consolidated School Districts (CSD), Park Hill School District is able to purchase roofing materials at a discounted rate rather than including the materials in the bid packages for the roofing contractors. Including materials within labor bid packages would cost the district significantly more because contractors cannot purchase these materials at the CSD rate, and any materials included with the labor bid would include a markup on these items. The materials are for the additions at Park Hill High and Park Hill South.

Funding will come from the 2022 No-Tax Increase Bond funds. The total cost of the materials is $567,137.23.
