Approximately 70 Park Hill staff will attend the PLC at Work Institute December 1-3, 2025 in Kansas City, MO.
The conference focuses on building and sustaining a strong, collaborative professional learning community. The conference is designed to help infuse the PLC at Work® process into every aspect of a school building or district. This event provides practical knowledge based on the three big ideas that drive a PLC.
The PLC process supports our work with Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and data-based intervention decisions using a collaborative school approach. Professional Learning Communities support our CSIP initiative in MTSS and efforts to close the achievement gap. PLC's operate on three big ideas that drive the work: a focus on learning, a collaborative culture, and a results orientation driven by data. The three big ideas further emphasize the connection between MTSS and how it pertains to PLCs to ensure all students learn at high levels.
