These contractors if approved will provide work for Elementary 12 identified during the design process for the 2022 No-Tax Increase Bond projects. Initial packages are submitted in a separate item. Bids were received for the following packages, which represents a portion of the overall construction project:
*07.80 - Spray Fireproofing
*14.20 - Elevator
*27.10 - Low Voltage
*31.36 - Rammed Piers

Provide Funding Source and Estimated Cost:
|
Funding will be provided from the 2022 No-Tax Increase Bond funds. The estimated cost of the total project is $42,498,000. The district received a total of 11 bids for the bid packages. The total for these packages is $1,090,468. District staff is recommending the bids from the following contractors to perform the work:
*07.80 - Spray Fireproofing - Nettles Construction - $15,400
*14.20 - Elevator - MEI - $225,436
*27.10 - Low Voltage - Envision Technology - $380,132
*31.36 - Rammed Piers - Foundation Services Corp - $469,500
