The mission of the Park Hill Board of Education is to set policy, establish a fiscally responsible budget, and provide support to the Superintendent to ensure the success of each student through a standard of excellence in education. Public comments provided may only address items which are included on the agenda. The Board will listen to public comment for up to 3 hours. Comments will be limited to 3 minutes per person. Patron can only speak one time. Patrons wishing to address the Board must complete and submit a comment registration card. Comment registration cards will be available from 5:30-6:30 p.m. outside of the auditorium at Park Hill High School. Comment registration cards must be submitted by 6:30 p.m. No early sign-up for comment cards. Written comments will be received until NOON, Monday, August 16, 2021. Written comments must be submitted via email to Opal Hibbs, Board Secretary at email@example.com. All written comments will be provided to the Board prior to the meeting. It time allows, written comments will be read by the Board President, or their designee. If time does not allow, the Board President will provide a summary of the comments received. In an effort to respect privacy we ask that speakers refrain from discussing personal complaints involving individual staff members or students.
