Provide Background Details and Rationale:
This item, if approved, will provide the labor to replace a failing unit at Lakeview Middle School. The equipment was previously approved by the Board of Education at the September 28,2023 regular meeting (item 6.4).  
Provide Funding Source and Estimated Cost:
Funding would be provided from the 2023-2024 Maintenance and Operations budget. The total cost for the labor is $49,200. The total project cost with equipment is $89,186.
