This is a Memorandum of Understanding between the Park Hill School District and LevelUp Kids, Inc (formerly Miles of Smiles). This is the sixth year of this partnership. LevelUp Kids, Inc. will provide $10,000 to fund a part-time social worker position within the Park Hill School District. This social worker will work directly with the LevelUp Kids, Inc. dental and vision program to appropriately connect students with dental and vision care.

It is recommended that the Park Hill Board of Education approve the 2022-2023 Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Park Hill School District and LevelUp Kids, Inc., as presented; and authorize the Superintendent or their designee to execute said MOU. |
