The district has entered into a contract with Northland United Swim Team, LLC (NLU) each year for the last two decades for the use of the district Aquatic Center.
The current agreement begins on July 1, 2022 and ends on June 30, 2023. The terms of the agreement, outlined within the attached contract, are written to specify facility use times, rental cost, equipment usage and other conditions. |

It is recommended that the Park Hill Board of Education authorize the Superintendent or Designee to execute a lease agreement between Park Hill School District and Northland United Swim Team, LLC (NLU) for the purpose of providing use of the District Aquatic Center for the 2022-2023 school year per the material terms, as presented. |
