The dish machine at Tiffany Ridge has required on-going maintenance and is in need of replacement. We are installing a smaller, more energy-saving door-style dish machine and adding a garbage disposal for efficiency.

A bid was issued for this refurbishment project. Two equipment companies responded to our bid request:

Sunflower Restaurant Supply - $34,640.00
Trimark/Hockenberg Equipment - $31,264.00

Trimark/Hockenberg Equipment provided the most competitive bid.
