Provide Background Details and Rationale Representatives from Park Hill South High School and Park Hill High School worked together to revise HS Health and HS Topics Health to include expectations outlined in Senate Bill 711 requiring students to receive at least 30 minutes of instruction in CPR and Heimlich maneuver. The curriculum will be on review until May 25, 2017 when curriculum is presented to the Board for final approval. Notice of the review will be communicated via "First Hand" email, and posted on the district website informing patrons of the proposed adoption.
