Provide Background Details and Rationale: Park Hill School District solicited bids for equipment needed to replace our server computing and storage hardware in our primary and secondary datacenters. The current equipment has reached the end of its usable life. The new equipment will ensure fast, reliable and secure access to all district systems running on servers in our datacenters such as Infinite Campus Student Information, Alio Finance & HR, printing, video surveillance, E-mail, wireless control, phones and security door controls.

An RFP was released to potential bidders and four bids were received when bidding closed on August 14, 2020. Please see the attached RFP document for full bid specifications, timeline and other details of the project. ConvergeOne came in with the lowest bid overall at $681,988.34.
