Provide Background Details and Rationale: Various areas of the district have been evaluated and identified for asphalt and/or concrete repairs, replacement or additions.
Proposed areas are at six schools/campuses including Park Hill High, Congress, Park Hill South, Union Chapel, Line Creek and District Office. The work was split into two bid packages.

A mandatory pre-bid walk through with contractors was held April 3, 2018 and bids were collected April 13, 2018.

Two vendors, Blacktop Paving and Wil-Pav, were the low bidders.
Provide Funding Source and Estimated Cost: Funding will be provided from the proposed 2018-2019 Maintenance and Operations Budget. The total cost for both asphalt and concrete packages is $85,448.
